Opportunities
Opportunities are where you can track your potential sales with your customers.
Creating an opportunity
To create an opportunity, go to the Opportunities
section and click on the Create
button. Fill in the required fields and click on the Save
button.

You have to create the opportunity stages first in the settings under Pipeline Stages

Editing an opportunity
To edit an opportunity, open the opportunity from the opportunity section and click on the Edit
button. Make the changes and click on the Save
button.
Deleting an opportunity
To delete an opportunity, open the opportunity from the opportunity section and click on Options > Delete.
Importing opportunities
Currently, it is not possible to import opportunities. We are working on this feature.
Opportunity Fields
The following fields are available for opportunities:
- Name
- Stage
Defined in settings
- Customer
- Customer’s contact
- Rating
1 - 5
- Value
If you have no products associated, then the value will be used. If there are products associated, then the value will be calculated based on the products
- Close date
- Owner
- Custom fields

Adding a product to an opportunity
To add a product to an opportunity, navigate to the opportunity’s detail view and click on the Add Product button. If you have not created a product, go to the products section and create a product first in settings.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the product line. Now you can select the product, the quantity and the discount.
After going back to the opportunity’s detail view, you can see the product line in the Products section.
